Unity
Unity among believers in central Connecticut is a priority. We love the diverse houses of worship in Connecticut and the many people groups represented in each congregation. We long to see each church filled to over-flowing. The River House of Prayer is not the ministry of one local church. The House of Prayer belongs to Christians and the places of worship in the region.
As we work toward developing a 24/7 House of Prayer some of our prayer sessions, training sessions or other outreach may occur at the same time local worship, prayer or study is scheduled. Please understand that we are not trying to replace congregational worship services. The existence of the local church is important to us. So much so, that all participants must be based and functioning in a local house of worship. Furthermore, each participant must be a part of a local small group being known and knowing others.
